Grace and Peace Ministry was created by two ordinary women called to do extraordinary things ONLY by the grace of God Himself. Ann and Juliet met at church at a designated time God chose. This was at a time they both needed one another without really knowing just how much. How could these two, very different women, come together so profoundly, yet so unlikely? ALL GOD! They soon realized that God had this new friendship designed to experience, not only great blessings together, but great suffering too. The blessings brought them a beautiful joy and it became their greatest strength together through many adventures serving the Lord and His people. However, the suffering they later experienced would be just as great, and if you asked them, they may say “even greater!” That suffering they went through together, tested everything they thought they knew. It tested their faith in Christ, their identity in Christ, their friendship with one another, but most of all, it tested their relationship with Jesus Christ. They felt like they were forced into a time of rest and deep introspection. It catapulted them both into a desperate time that would bring them to their knees, looking up to the only One who could help them survive...Jesus Christ. In obedience, they looked deep within themselves in order to examine their sins and the sins made against them, and then, layed them down at the feet of Jesus. They discovered confession and repentance would be the “Truth in Love” that would set them free. They realized that by forgiving themselves and others, like Jesus did, would be essential for them to live on. Jesus reminded them in these dark days to “Come to Him...and find rest” (Matt. 11:28). Through it all, this set-apart time with Jesus had an unexpected but very welcomed outcome. The Light of the Lord finally pierced their internal darkness resulting in a astonishing and transformative soulful rest. Jesus began to renew them by reviving their faith to a new level. They became so full of unexplainable grace, peace and zeal all at once, and by God’s grace alone, in the midst of that rest, they heard from God. He was calling them into something new! Did they understand everything...? No, but as they reunited in their faith and fellowship with Jesus, and one another, they began to walk out this “new thing,”, one-step-at-a-time, one-day-at-a-time (Isaiah 43:18-19). However, the one thing was crystal clear to both of them...Jesus loved them and was calling them to share this experience with others. So today, they are honored and humbled to share a piece of their walk with Christ with you. Sharing their gifts and pure love for Jesus Christ and His people, including YOU, is their mission focus. They pray continually that most of all the Lord God Almighty get the glory for it all! Amen & Amen!
